Questions, answered
What counts as an active user?
Anyone who signed in to Spilno LMS at least once during the month. People you’ve invited who didn’t open it that month are free. If you go over your plan’s limit, nobody is cut off; we’ll just talk about the right plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing switches off by surprise. You choose a plan, and everything you created stays exactly as it is.
Can I use courses I already have?
Yes. Upload SCORM 1.2 or 2004 packages from tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise or Adobe Captivate, or attach PDFs, videos and slides to a lesson.
Does the AI write courses without me?
No. It drafts quiz questions from your materials, and you review and edit them before anyone sees them. Your documents are used only to generate your draft.
Where is our data stored?
On servers in the European Union. Each organization’s data is kept separate, connections are encrypted, and backups run daily.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Reports export to CSV at any time, and if you leave we’ll give you a full export of your people and results.
Which languages are supported?
The interface is available in English and Ukrainian. Your courses can be in any language.
