Certificates

Automatic completion certificates, validity periods and verification by link.

Turn them on

In a course: Edit → “Issue a certificate when the course is completed”. “Show sample” shows what it looks like: with the course title, the person's name, and your organization's logo and colour.

Validity

No expiry, 6 months, 1, 2 or 3 years. For yearly mandatory training (security, health and safety) choose 1 year: both the person and the admin see when the certificate expires.

When they're issued

Automatically, as soon as someone completes the course. If you turn certificates on for a course people have already finished, they get theirs right away.

Where to find them

Learners find their certificates in their profile, under “My certificates”.

Verification

Each certificate has a unique number and a public verification link. Share it with an employer or an auditor: the page shows whether the certificate is genuine and still valid, no sign-in needed.
