How to sign up your organization, who's who in Spilno LMS and what to do on day one.

Sign up your organization

Click “Start free trial” on the website and enter your company name, your name, email and a password. You become the organization's admin straight away. The trial lasts 14 days and includes everything in the Business plan. No credit card needed.

Roles

• Admins manage everything: people, groups, courses, learning paths, reports and settings. Admins can learn too: “My learning” in the menu opens their own courses.
• Learners take the courses assigned to them and see their certificates.
• Managers aren't a separate role: anyone who has people reporting to them (the “Manager” field on a person's profile). Managers get the “My team” section.

Day one: four steps

On the Today page a new organization sees its first steps with progress:

1. Add people. Users → Add. They get an email and set their own password. More: Users and invitations.
2. Create a course. A lesson, a quiz or a ready-made SCORM package. AI can draft quiz questions from your documents and lessons. More: Courses.
3. Assign the course to a group or to individual people, with a deadline. Reminders go out on their own. More: Access, deadlines and reminders.
4. Optional: automate assignments with a dynamic group and add your logo and colour in settings.
