Search and actions (⌘K)

One box to find anything and do the common things without moving between pages.

Open it

Press ⌘ K on a Mac or Ctrl K on Windows from any page, or click “Search and actions” in the menu (learners have a search icon at the top).

What you can find

Admins search courses, learning paths, people (by name or email), groups and pages. Learners search their own courses and paths. Start typing: results are grouped, best match first.

Create right from the palette

• New course → type a title → Enter. The course is created and you're in its structure.
• New learning path and New group work the same way.
• Invite a person → email → full name. The invitation is sent straight away.

Actions on a person, course or path

Find a person and press Enter to see the actions: assign a learning path, give access to a course, edit their details, send the invitation again. A confirmation appears at the bottom once it's done.

For a course, Enter opens its structure and → shows more: access and learners, preview as a learner, report.
