The admin home: what needs attention, with the action right in the card, and the organization's pulse.

Needs attention

Spilno LMS finds what's worth doing and lists it. Each item can be dealt with in one click, right from the card:

• People are past a deadline, with names and the longest overdue. Action: “Remind everyone”.
• New people with nothing to learn: joined in the last two weeks and have no courses. Action: assign onboarding in one click, or create a dynamic group for new hires.
• A course is assigned but empty: people have it, but there's nothing to see yet. Action: “Add content”.
• People struggle with a quiz: at least 40% of those who tried haven't passed or needed 3+ attempts. Action: “Question analysis”.
• A course isn't moving: most people haven't started, or nobody has been in for a long time. Action: remind those who haven't finished.
• Invitations not accepted for more than 3 days. Action: send them all again at once.

A red dot means urgent, amber is worth a look, grey is for your information. Items disappear on their own once the issue is solved.

Organization pulse

One dot per person: overdue, in progress, all done, no learning. You see the state of the company at a glance, without charts. Below it: the share of assigned learning completed, certificates this month, and who recently finished courses.
