Plans and limits

What's in the trial and each plan, what an active user is, and what happens over a limit.

Active user

You pay for active users: people who signed in to Spilno LMS at least once in the calendar month. Invited people who didn't sign in that month are free.

What's included

• Trial: 14 days, everything in Business, up to 25 active users, 2 GB of files, 50 AI generations.
• Starter: up to 50 active users, 5 GB. Courses, lessons, quizzes, deadlines, reminders, certificates, reports. No SCORM, AI, dynamic groups, manager view, or Google/Microsoft sign-in.
• Business: up to 500 active users, 50 GB, 200 AI generations a month, every feature.
• Enterprise: no limits on users or storage, AI with no fixed limit, invoicing and custom terms.

Over a limit

• Users is a soft limit: nobody is cut off mid-month; we'll just talk about the right plan.
• Storage, AI and plan features are hard limits: you can't create more than the limit allows.
• After moving to a smaller plan, what already exists keeps working, for example existing SCORM courses. Only creating new ones is limited.

When the trial ends

Nothing switches off by surprise: you see a reminder and choose a plan, and everything you've created stays.
